Our Promise to You:
All registered Komodo paddles, bags, and glasses come with an incredible 6-MONTH WARRANTY against any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. That’s right—an entire six months of worry-free play from the moment your new gear arrives! Just make sure to register your paddle within the first 14 days of purchase to lock in your coverage. Simple, right?
Who’s Covered:
This warranty is designed for you—the original owner who bought the item new. Remember, it’s non-transferable, so keep your proof of purchase handy (whether it's your receipt, bank statement, or credit card statement). Once registered, you're all set!
What’s Covered:
When we say we stand behind our products, we mean it. If there’s a manufacturing issue with your paddle, we’ve got your back! And if your paddle needs replacing, the new one will carry the remaining warranty of the original. No fuss—just uninterrupted pickleball fun!
What’s Not Covered:
Let’s be clear. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear (because, hey, paddles are made for action!), abuse, negligence, or any after-purchase modifications. Things like:
- Graphics fading
- Damage to the edge guard
- Hitting something other than a pickleball (like the ground or another paddle!)
Also, if you didn’t buy from an authorized Komodo dealer, or if you purchased through unauthorized platforms like Facebook groups, Craigslist, or auctions—unfortunately, that’s outside our warranty coverage.
Keep the Coverage Going:
If we send you a replacement under warranty, the new paddle will carry the remaining warranty period of your original one. It’s as simple as that!
