We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return refund. Customers must send products back to our office. Once received we will refund the funding source. We send a notification of the refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• All apparel must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• Pickleballs must be in their original packaging, unused, unmarked, and in new condition to qualify for return.
• Paddles must have the plastic cover on the handle for full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Warranty Policy Exclusions

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage due to normal wear and tear
• Abuse
• User modifications
• Natural breakdown from extended use

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items. Close-Out sale items are not eligible for returns and or refunds.

Exchanges

To get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Shipping for returns after 30 Days

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returns made after 30 days.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all box sets are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
